Mr. Wilson's career spans 26 years of corporate and international management in Canada, the United States, Australia and South East Asia with Nordson Corporation, the world's leading producer of precision dispensing equipment used to apply materials to a broad range of consumer and industrial products. From 1976 until 2002, he held positions of increasing responsibility including Managing Director, Nordson Australia Pty, Vice President & General Manager, Nordson Canada, Ltd. and North American EU Sales Manager. Mr. Wilson served as National Chairman for the Packaging Association of Canada for the 1999-2000 term of office and served as a National Director from 1994 to 2004.

As one of First Leaside's founding partners and a long-serving member of the board, Mr. Wilson had been a beneficiary for many years of the high returns enjoyed by clients of the firm. At the request of the board of directors, he relocated from Atlanta, GA in 2002 to become President of F.L. Securities Inc. His intimate knowledge of both our operations and our partners made him the ideal candidate to lead the company's expansion of its real estate securities services.
